SAP HCM SuccessFactors Consultant (m/f/d) wanted

Your tasks

• Supporting our customers in SAP implementation projects
• SuccessFactors with a focus on Employee Central and/or one of the other SuccessFactors modules
• Collaboration in projects from kick-off through implementation to project completion
• Preparation and delivery of presentations and workshops
• Creating technical concepts and documentation
• Taking on responsibility for project/sub-project management, depending on experience
• Advising customers on best practices for getting the most out of SAP SuccessFactors
• Supporting customers with specific issues as part of support projects
• Supporting the team with the technical development of customer offers, presentations, and internal knowledge transfer

Your profile

• Degree in business informatics, business administration, or comparable training; career changers with a background in the industry are also welcome
• Several years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in the SuccessFactors Employee Central, SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Tracking, SuccessFactors Recruiting, and SuccessFactors Onboarding modules
• Willingness to take on responsibility in the context of sub-project/project management tasks
• Knowledge of HR processes
• Strong customer focus combined with quality awareness and proactive commitment
• Independent, self-reliant, and goal-oriented approach to work
• Analytical thinking and conceptual skills
• Confident manner and independent communication with customers
• Enjoyment of teamwork, good communication skills, and social competence
• Good German (at least level C) and English skills
• Willingness to travel
