About Gernot Voßpeter
Gernot Voßpeter is not only involved in management and project management, but is also a certified SAP HCM consultant. He is an expert in personnel administration, payroll accounting, organizational management, data destruction (ILM), and workflows, and brings extensive experience in human resources from his previous positions. With his expertise in application development, he is responsible for the development and maintenance of our tools. He volunteers within DSAG as spokesperson for the Organizational Management/Personnel Cost Planning/Personnel Development working group.

About Günter Feyerabend
In addition to his role as managing director and project manager, Günter Feyerabend also heads up our Cologne branch. As a certified SAP HCM consultant, he focuses on personnel time management, payroll accounting, and personnel cost planning, bringing extensive experience in human resources from his previous roles.

Petra-Jasmin Hübner is a certified SAP HCM consultant with many years of experience in 1st and 2nd level support for SAP HCM. She has extensive project experience from various SAP HCM implementations. Her focus is on personnel administration, organizational management, payroll accounting, data destruction (ILM), the management of authorizations in HCM, and the support of CTH’s support customers. She is also a certified SuccessFactors consultant for Employee Central.

- Migration of compensation and time management systems to payroll and time management in SAP HCM, as well as ongoing support
- Implementation and expansion of organizational management and SAP authorization management
- Experience in data protection-compliant destruction using ILM SAP HCM in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation
About Matthias Prior
Matthias Prior is a certified leading consultant and project manager with extensive project experience in SAP HCM components such as personnel administration, personnel time management, employee self-services, and manager self-services. As our expert for the introduction and further development of personnel time management, he also has knowledge of application development with ABAP. In his role as a leading consultant and project manager, he is responsible for coordinating and supporting rollouts, implementing interfaces, and ensuring quality.

- Experience in the design and implementation of various SAP HCM components in national and international projects
- Introduction and further development of personnel time management for both positive and negative time evaluation for managing time accounts and generating surcharges

He is our expert for the analysis, design, and development of complex applications with ABAP and Web Dynpro ABAP, as well as a specialist in fee billing. In his role as leading consultant and sub-project manager, he is responsible for coordinating and supporting rollouts, implementing interfaces, and quality assurance.
