SAP Payroll (PY) offers all the functions required to map legal requirements, including reporting. However, the standard delivery does not include any individual company customizations.

SAP Personnel Time Management (PT) provides you with a structure for mapping operational requirements for assessing and processing employee working times.

The system is delivered as a pure template that must be customized to the specific needs of your company.

  • Analysis of operational time management processes and design of the mapping
  • Mapping operational working time models
  • Creating customer-specific time events, attendances, and absences
  • Mapping the required absence quotas (e.g., vacation)

Data destruction in accordance with the GDPR

SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) forms the basis for GDPR-compliant data destruction in SAP HCM. Our core competence lies in the development and implementation of a concrete data destruction concept.

We do not provide any advice on labor or data protection law with regard to legally permissible retention periods. The legal assessment is your responsibility and/or that of your in-house lawyers. However, we are happy to share our many years of experience from previous projects with you.

ESS- und MSS-Services (Fiori/Web Dynpro für ABAP)

In SAP HCM, depending on their range of functions, self-service applications are based on Web Dynpro for ABAP (more complex applications) or FIORI (form specification for device-independent, specialized, and focused applications).

Organizational Management

  • If necessary, development of BAdIs (data collection methods) for further customization of the solution

Reporting and certification

With the systemic support of legally required reports and certifications in SAP HCM, you have all the options you need to report employee master data and/or payroll results and receive information from government agencies. If standardized paper certificates are still required in addition to this electronic option, these can also be generated from SAP HCM.

Authorization System

The SAP HCM authorization concept ensures that users receive the system access they need for their tasks and, at the same time, do not have access to data or functions that do not belong to their area of responsibility. The standard delivery of the SAP system includes sample roles that can be used to derive individual, customer-specific authorizations.
