SAP HCM Consultant (m/f/d) wanted

Your tasks

• Advising our customers on SAP HCM in the classic HCM functionalities (PA, PY, PT, OM, PKP)
• Advising on the corresponding business processes, implementation, and customizing
• Creating concepts and documentation
• Preparing and conducting presentations, workshops, and training courses
• Providing technical support for sales activities

Your profile

• Degree in business informatics, business administration; comparable training or career changers with industry-specific background
• In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM; knowledge of other SAP modules or ABAP/4 is also welcome
• Knowledge of HR processes
• Strong customer focus combined with quality awareness and proactive commitment
• Independent, self-reliant, and goal-oriented approach to work
• Analytical thinking and conceptual skills
• Confident manner and ability to communicate independently with customers
• Enjoyment of teamwork, good communication skills, and social competence
• Good German (at least level C) and English skills
• Willingness to travel
