HR Data Copier (HDK)

For fast and easy copying of personnel data.

The HDK enables data sets to be copied across systems and/or clients. You can select in detail which data sets are to be copied—anonymized if desired, of course.

Additional module for data destruction (ZM-DV)

With our ZM-DV, you can clean up your customer-specific database tables. This naturally includes documentation of the data destruction in the corresponding SAP standard infotypes and the option to lock data before destruction.

In addition, ZM-DV supports the creation and deletion of lock entries for data destruction.

Additional module for irregular employees (ZM-PG 117/118)

“Irregular employees” are employees who are not permanently employed by one or more employers. In social security, these special employees are represented by person group keys 117 and 118. These are not processed by SAP in the standard system.

The add-on module “Irregular Employees” (ZM-PG 117/118) sends electronic notifications for this occupational group to social security institutions and is the only SAP-based product certified by ITSG.

Additional module: Monthly data collection (ZM-D)

In many companies, monthly payroll accounting is used to make payments to employees that are not regular remuneration components but additional benefits.

Additional Module Key Figures (ZM-K)

Create evaluations at the touch of a button. Employee capacities and headcount – certain human resources key figures cannot be determined in standard HCM. ZM-K not only solves this problem, it also provides detailed evaluations, e.g., a comparison of target and actual values.

Batch Input Tool

Automated SAP program for mass maintenance of HR master data via Excel import. The tool reads Excel files, checks and converts the data, creates a test evaluation, and securely transfers the infotype data to SAP HCM. With integrated ALV output and CSV export for quick result checking.

Automated email reminders in HR

Automated HR email notifications directly from SAP HCM: Defined HR events are recognized and personalized HTML emails are sent to employees, managers, or HR—optionally with corporate design elements such as banners/graphics or greeting cards.
